Automations
An automation runs an action when something in Capsure happens.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Administration, then Automations.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”See the graph of triggers and actions. An automation can create a task or send a mail. It is not a second process designer. The stage path is still a process.
If an automation did something unexpected, open its runs from here before you re-do the work by hand.
