Mentions
A mention is someone pulling you into a note or comment by name.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Workspace, then Mentions.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”Open the mention to land on the note or comment. It is a pointer, not a second copy of the text. Replying happens on that record.
Mentions also show in Notifications. Clearing the notification does not remove the mention from the thread.
