Documents
A file is stored once. Deals, investors, and legal records point at that file.
Capsure keeps the file in one place. A deal, a side letter, a board pack, or a data room does not keep its own copy. It keeps a reference. Opening the file from any of those records opens the same document.
Version history stays on the document. Replacing a file does not create a second company or a second legal record.
