Investor Relations is the LP relationship: who they are, the raise, and the ongoing service.
Investor Relations owns the relationship with investors. It does not own the cash. A commitment you record here is the relationship view. Fund operations, notices, and balances are Finance, and that screen is not open in this release.
One investor is one record, even when they commit to more than one fund. Harbor Lane Fund I and a later fund do not get two copies of the same LP.
