Processes
Processes are the paths the firm designs: stages, tasks, and approvals.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Administration, then Processes.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”Edit the definition. Runs that are already in flight keep the path they started unless the product says otherwise. Watch live runs in Workflow, not on this definition screen.
External steps the firm does outside Capsure are configured beside this, under External Processes.
