A vendor is a supplier the firm tracks for legal or compliance reasons.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Open Legal & Compliance, then Vendors. A vendor is not an LP and not a portfolio company, even if the same organisation exists elsewhere. Link them rather than retyping a second legal name.
