Tenant and firm

A tenant is one firm’s Capsure. Harbor Lane Capital is one tenant. Another firm on Capsure is a different tenant, even if you can sign in to both.

Everything you can open is inside the current tenant: companies, deals, people, documents, tasks, roles, and custom fields. The tenant switcher in the top bar changes which set you are looking at.

Roles are assigned inside the tenant. A permission you have at Harbor Lane is not a permission at the next firm.

This manual describes the product. It does not change when you switch tenant. The buttons may, if that firm has renamed a stage, added a custom field, or hidden a module from your role.
