Emails
Emails is the mail that Capsure filed against records, not a separate inbox product.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Workspace, then Emails.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”Read mail that the firm has connected, and open the company, person, or deal it was matched to. Sending from here still uses the firm’s mailbox, configured under Mailboxes.
This is not a marketing send. Broadcasts and newsletters are Communications.
