Processes
A process is the firm's path for a kind of work. Capsure runs it. The firm designs it.
A process is a sequence the firm configured: stages, tasks, approvals, and waits. Deal stages in the pipeline are one process. Onboarding an investor is another. The steps are not the same in every firm, so this manual does not list a firm’s stages by name.
When a how-to says a stage name can differ, that is this. The button in a standard firm may say Move to and then the next stage the firm configured.
Design lives in Administration, Processes. The run is what you watch in Workflow. The action is still in Workspace.
