Users
A user is a person who can sign in to this tenant.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Administration, then Users.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”Invite or open a user, and assign roles. The user is the login. The person is the contact record. They can be the same human and still two different objects: one signs in, one is Alex Chen on a company.
Removing a role removes what they can open. It does not delete the deals they worked on.
