Obligations
An obligation is something the firm must do, keep doing, or prove.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Open Legal & Compliance, then Obligations. An obligation can come from a side letter, a policy, or a regulation. Completing the evidence does not delete the obligation if it recurs.
