Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Sidebar, Investor Relations, then Datarooms.
What you do
Section titled “What you do”Open a room to see what LPs were given and who can see it. The files are documents. The room is the permission and the index.
A diligence room on a deal is a different list: Dealflow datarooms. Do not put LP reporting files only on the deal room and expect investors to find them there.
