Concept
Portal
A separate host for an invited person. They get a code by email and see only what that email was granted.
The portal is not the Capsure app. An invited founder, company contact, or investor signs in with a code sent to their email. They see only the requests, materials, comments, and datarooms granted to that email.
Staff keep working in Capsure. The portal does not open the firm’s pipeline, holdings, or workspace.
